Ohio Wildlife: Their Rise and Fall

Meet at the BFEC Resource Center. Bison in Ohio? Yes! Learn about the history of Ohio wildlife from before European settlement to today - bison, Passenger Pigeons, beaver, bear, wolves, pheasant, quail, and the success stories of the Bald Eagle and the Eastern Bluebird. After the presentation, an easy walk through our prairie will provide insights on our bluebird trail and other activities at the BFEC that promote local wildlife.
