Do you have a group of employees who need training? We can provide onsite training or group live online classes for you. The course can be scheduled based on the dates you provide (Subject to instructor availability).
 
Course Schedule:
This course will meet for 1-hour, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two weeks; from Monday 03/15/2021 through Friday 03/26/2021. Classes will be available in-person at Knox Technical Center or virtual via Zoom.
 
Course Description:
Upon completion of this Customized Training course students will be able to demonstrate the correct application of the principal features of Word 2016 by creating and editing documents for a variety of purposes and situations. Document examples include professional-looking reports, multi-column newsletters, resumes, and other business correspondence. Prior working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word is recommended.
 
Certification (Microsoft Office Word (Exam 77-725):
Course completers will receive a certificate of completion from Knox Technical Center. A date for the certification examination will be determined and scheduled. Certification will take place at Knox Technical Center, your local Microsoft Office Specialist Authorized Testing Center, on the date and time scheduled. Each testing voucher will include one test and one retake. You must be on time for the scheduled certification examination.
