If you are like most people, you haven't thought much about your death or dying. Just because you don't think about death doesn't mean it won't happen.  If you haven't thought about it or talked about it with your loved ones, it's likely to end as a crisis. 

In this class, you will explore important questions about end-of-life decisions and care; start to make a plan of your wishes, as well as, explore the process of choosing a healthcare power of attorney who will follow your wishes.
