COTC, Ohio State Newark to Participate in Statewide Ohio Goes to the Movies Campaign NEWARK, OHIO, MARCH 30, 2026 — Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) and The Ohio State University at Newark join institutions across Ohio to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary through film.
