Tom and Laura Noonen Vino Where You Live South River Winemaker Dinner 6:30 pm $28.99 per person Course 1 - Exodus Tosted Ricotta and Rosemary Brushetta with Bing Cherry Compote Course 2 - Trinity Jumbo Portabello Cap stuffed with ground lamb, fresh spinach, feta, Kalamata olives and Mediterranean spices Course 3 - Karma or Cab Franc (guest choice) Roasted Pork Loin with fig reduction (port, rosemary and dried cherries), served with mashed potatoes.
