Kokosing and Community: Water Dance

This project focuses on connecting dance with the local water issues of Knox County. By dancing with the Kokosing, we can call to attention the issues of flooding and urbanization and encourage thoughtful city planning in order to minimize effect on the Kokosing and the surrounding rural areas. There will be different sections to the performance, including a movement choir and audience participation. If you’re interested, we will be doing various workshops this month. This is open to all ages, levels, and skills. So, if you have friends or family members or people you’d like to invite, please feel free to do so!
