Knox Community Hospital-Free Breast Cancer Education Event

Knox Community Hospital recognizes Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a free breast cancer education event on Thursday, October 10. Please join us for a special evening of breast cancer education and inspiration. The program this year, ''And Yet We Rise'', is presented by Linda Parks, a breast cancer survivor. Linda is a member of the Susan G. Komen Advisory Council & Speakers Bureau. She is also an American Cancer Society Reach to Recovery volunteer. This free dinner event will be held at the Station Break Senior Citizens Center at 106 Howard Street, Mount Vernon. Registration begins at 6:00 pm with dinner being served at 6:30 pm.
