\n \n \n \n \n | \; | \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Fundraiser for Winter Sanctuary\n | \n \n \n \n | \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly fundraising walk in support of local charities. The Mount Vernon fundraiser supports the Winter Sanctuary\, the only emergency homeless shelter in Knox County. Their mission is to provide seasonal\, emergency shelter and connect guests with resources that empower them to become successful and self-sufficient.

\n In order to make the event successful\, the Winter Sanctuary is looking for volunteers for the walk on Saturday\, February 28th. If you are interested in volunteering for this event\, please register here and select one of the volunteer opportunities such as a parking cars\, greeting and registering walkers\, and rest stop hosts.
