She holds a Bachelor's in Public Relations from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina.\n\n\n\nPrior to her current role\, Lacey built a career in higher education\, focusing on sustainability initiatives at the University of South Carolina and overseeing First-Year Experience at Kenyon College.\n\n\n\nExperience Mount Vernon is a non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement\, beautification and community development of downtown Mount Vernon. Their mission is to energize and strengthen an authentic and uniquely local downtown experience through community-wide events\, small business support and development\, beautification projects and strong community partnerships.
